A MASK IS REQUIRED!! NO MASK NO APPT!

1. All deposits go towards your service.

2. Already have in mind how you want your lashes or makeup so we can finish at a reasonable time.

3. No additional people are allowed to accommodate you during your service!!! No Exceptions!!!

4. If you have glue stuck on your natural lashes it'll be $10 extra for me to remove it. Come with your lashes clean.

5. After 10 mins of your appt time you're late & must pay late fee of $25 After 25 mins your appt is cancelled!!

6. All deposits are Non-Refundable NO EXCEPTIONS

7. Same day cancellation forfeits your deposit, you MUST reschedule 24hrs in advance to transfer deposit over.

8. Same day reschedules forfeits your deposit, you must send another deposit before you can reschedule.

9. No call no shows must pay 50% of the service missed plus the deposit price to return, the 50% fee does not go towards your service only the deposit. 

10. Its $80 extra to come in on my off day (Sun & Mon)

11. Its $80 extra to book a same day appointment, You MUST consult with me first before booking a same day appt.

12. Coming in before or after my work hours is a $60 fee added to your service.

13. Same day cancellations forfeits your deposit

14. No call no shows can not re-book

15.  If you book a fill in you MUST have at least 50% of your lashes still on, if not you will be charged the full price.
